FXK Trading Co, Our traders are strict technical analysis traders derived on price action. In finance, technical analysis is a security analysis methodology for forecasting the direction of prices through the study of past market data, primarily price and volume. Price action is the movement of a security's price. Price action is encompassed in technical and chart pattern analysis, which attempt to find order in the sometimes seemingly random movement of price. You can look at past data to help you spot trends and patterns which could help you find some great trading opportunities. Swings (high and low), tests of resistance and consolidation are some examples of price action.
There are two primary methods used to analyze these markets and make investment decisions: fundamental analysis and technical analysis. Fundamental analysis involves analyzing a company’s financial statements to determine the fair value of the business, while technical analysis assumes that a security’s price already reflects all publicly-available information and instead focuses on the statistical analysis of price movements.
Technical analysis may appear complicated on the surface, but it comes down to an analysis of supply and demand and price action, in the market to determine where the current to long-term trend of price is going.
In other words, technical analysis attempts to understand the market sentiment behind price trends rather than analyzing a security’s fundamental attributes. If you understand the benefits and limitations of technical analysis, it can give you a new set of tools or skills that will enable you to be a better trader or investor short-term and long term!
In this tutorial, you will be introduced to technical analysis and develop the foundation needed to understand more advanced concepts down the road
